NORCAL TO SEATOWN

Fresh air, family, and fitness are guiding participles that have heavily influenced by personal and professional live.

I was born and raised in the far northern reaches of California, outside the small town of Redding. Both my parents worked in the timber industry, and I’ve always enjoyed being outside. In my youth I played team sports - football, basketball and baseball - but also loved to spend free time fishing, snowboarding, or skiing.

I attended college at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington (Go Zags!), earning my bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. After college I moved from the Inland Northwest to the Pacific Northwest to start my career in the Seattle. After a brief stint in the Bay Area, I returned to the Seattle where I now permanently call home. I’ve been fortunate to be married to a wonderful wife and raise two rambunctious children in what I consider one of the greatest cities in the world - even with the grey skies.

I completed my MBA at Washington State University (Go Cougs!) in December of 2021 with the hopes of growing my career experience beyond innovation and engineering disciplines. I wanted to give myself a solid business foundation to build upon.

Through it all I have maintained that love for outdoor activities. These days trail running, skiing, golfing, and yoga have taken priority when not chasing my two kids around in local parks and activities.

I’m always looking for that next adventure and love sharing my passion for the outdoors!
